About Jac,

Jacqui Mason is a freelance artist with 3 school-aged kids and a dog called Carl. She has the usual mum guilt when she feeds the kids 2 minute noodles while finishing off artwork on the kitchen table. 'This..' she claims - 'adds to the worth of the work surely' When she donned the single mum life in 2015, Jacqui began painting again and showing off her artistic talents to the locals with exhibitions, murals, workshops and consignments. How does she fit it in with 3 kids... she doesn't. Time management isn't her strength ... but her mind works overtime in colour, shape, form and tone.....An artist is chaotically organised, there is paint on everything and she's rarely ever on time. But my goodness she can art up a storm. Its a perfectly messy balance.

Nevertheless, Jacqui the ARTISTE, is very motivated, very colourful (in personality and on paper/canvas/clothes..) and usually bites off more than she can chew.

Subsequently this fuels her intuitive art style and keeps things forever changing. Coupled with her love for nature and noticing the beauty of what is directly in front of us... she is inspired by the rich Riverland Landscape that she (hand) rears her family in. 

If she wasn't arting she would probably be shaking in the corner. Because art is life, and creating beautiful things to put on your walls is her passion. It also puts healthy food on the table. Not that her kids will eat it.... they much prefer the nights off when Mum is busy.
